1mtpa coking project in India ignited for oven drying
At 11:00am on November 20th, 2013, the coke oven B of the 1mtpa Coking Project undertaken by Sinosteel MECC for JSW DOLVI in India was formally ignited for oven drying.
The project consists of 2 sets of 5.5m stamp-charging coke ovens and by-product recovery. The coke oven B is expected to produce coke after 65-day’s drying, and become the first 5.5m stamp-charging coke oven put into production in India.
